$185-$225 per session.  I accept cash, check, HSA accounts, credit/debit card

 Please be aware if you choose to use insurance:

• I am required to give you a formal mental health diagnosis, which then becomes part of your permanent medical record.
• I am required to give reports of your weekly progress to your insurance company, so I have less control over the privacy of your information.
• Insurance will dictate the number of sessions we can work together, no matter what actual needs you have.

I accept the following insurances:

Humana, Medicare, UHC/UMR/OPTUM

For out-of-network insurance plans, I can create superbills to be 

submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.
